DELAY DELAY: ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Pathetic service.
1. I booked my car for repairs for 22 April 2013;
2. Received a call on 20 April 2013 to move out the booking date to 29 April 2013;
3. Booked car in on 29 April 2013, 7.30AM. (Damages: tail light, bumper, and minor on fender);
4. Promised 10 to 15 working days to repair car.
5. Service was not delivered within 15 working days - excuse: there is a lot of work to be done on the car...? Is tail light, bumper, and minor on fender a lot of work???
6. Worst of all Virgin Money insurance is not aware of all these excuses.
7. I called Tony (Renew-it) on 23 May 2013, Response: my car will be ready for collection 4.30PM on 24 May 2013;
8. 24 May 2013 8.11AM Tony calls me with another excuse... compressor... Car will be ready Monday 30 June 2013.

UNACCEPTABLE!!! HOW CAN IT TAKE 21 WORKINGS DAYS TO FIX MERE tail light, bumper, and minor on fender?

I NEED MY CAR TODAY 24 MAY 2013, I HAVE BEEN DELAYED LONG ENOUGH.
