I recently engaged with Hein Aggenbag from African Furniture Removals for my move from Durban to Johannesburg. The service I received once the deposit was paid, was basically no existent. Email after email with no response! On the arrival on my furniture in Johannesburg, there were several items damaged and broken. Despite taking out, what I was told was the correct insurance, I have since found out that this doesnt not cover any of my furniture for the damage done and since my complaint there has yet again been no reply to emails or calls.
Unprofessional, dishonest and amateurish service from this 'mickey mouse' operation.
Totally dissatisfied.
