Two comedians can tell the exact same Joke, same timing, pace and content, and you will have people rolling on their stomach while others are blank and have awkward moment. The joke may not be funny itself, but the difference can come down to Word Choice. The same can be said about Customer Service. Having worked for Customer Service Organization for more than a decade, I have to comment "Lawrence Matshisevhe" on the job well done to help me make the right choice.
I am writing this, not only to thank Lawrence on a tremendous service provided, but also to tell him to keep up the good work. As most organization promise to deliver, it is at times almost impossible to meet their. The goal, of course, is to make the customer as happy as possible with the service experience, even if the outcome isn't exactly as he had hoped for. However it take a good dedication and passion from an individual in making the outcome Good or Bad Service experience.
The point is, we received many type of services every day, but one I received from "Lawrence Matshisevhe" was unforgettable service, and am taking my hat off.
All I can say is Bravo Lawrence Matshisevhe 'SALES MAN' BRAVO!!! J
