Dealing with the head office make one think that you are going to get help and service, Think again. Currently dealling with David in the Client car services department. Im requesting a jobcard from the Bloem branch. i requested this jobcard and paperwork on Monday the 10 June 2013 to date i have recieved only 1 qoute that was attached to the jobcard. Every day i get prommised i will recieve the doc's the next day. Tommorow is a week from the date that i have requested pthe paper work. I can not be, live that i need to wait a week for paperwork. Im coming to the idea that they delibritly trying to doge the bullet do they have something to hide??? Where is tjhe client services??? To who do i need to speak to to get help and to getthe documnets. I mean i only wnat one jobcard. Really is this so hard to do???
