Further to my complaint lodged last week, I was given the feedback that Autopage is waiting for a certain part to be delivered to repair my phone. I have ordered numerous items from overseas and locally, and it usually takes a maximum of one week to deliver. I requested that the jobcard be sent to me, as I am convinced that my phone's repair only received attention after I complained about the time it's been taking to repair. Please send me the jobcard, and give me an update asap. I have been without my phone now for almost 8 weeks!
