I stay at Carlon View, they are busy painting the building. The painters broke my toilet window adjuster. I filed in a jobcard but nothing has been fixed. It's been two weeks now, when i was filling in a 2nd jobcard the security man said the caretaker from bree and small is in the building i can talk to him because our buildding manager in on leave. When i got to him he was talking to his collegue who does maintanance and i said to him "Excuse me" just to grab his attention. Instead this caretaker gave me his back and showed no interest and undermining. How rude can someone be to turn their back on someone when they can say "please wait" .when i told him he's being rude, he told me couldn't i see that he was busy, WHAT THE!!! is the company so broke that they cant send this man to atleast a SHORT managerial course?? Does he know anything about customer service. This guy is "RAW to the core" to be at managerial level. He was asked to help at Carlton view and he came with bad attitude, where is his leadership skills!! he even banged the door on me without hearing my complaint because i told him he's rude... What a USELESS UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE manager iThemba has. It's a SHAME!!
