A service had been booked on the repair of my Tata Xenon for a simple repair on a heater vent mechanism. It takes them 5 MONTHS (NOT) to do this.
This is unacceptable! And bear in mind that it is currently June, WINTER in South Africa!
Upon weekly requests from us, this simple request is still blatantly ignored!
