No courtesy car, No customer service

On the 07/06/2013 I was driving on N3 from Ladysmith towards Durban. As I was approaching Pietermaritzburg I noticed that the brakes were not functioning and the control was stiff. I managed to stop the car and called NMI Pinetown for assistance. The car was serviced 3 weeks prior to my trip. The Pmb branch then liaised with the Pmb branch. My car was towed after an hour long wait. At Pmb branch I was ushered from one service advisor to another. I requested the courtesy car but both branches were unable to assist. I was offered hired car but they requested my credit card. I informed them that my credit car was not with me. This is the seventh day without a car and it is such an inconvenience. Nobody tried to contact me after the incident and no one has advised me of when can I expect my car back. I tried contacting both offices twice but in vain. I am at this stage not sure what is actually wrong with the car which led to the malfunctioning of the brake. I am stressed and frustrated.
