On Tuesday I drive into a BP Service station close to my house as it is very convenient for me to fill up on my oil and water on the car before I head to the airport, I specify to the attendant that I just need oil filled up and my water checked, he brings back then oil from the counter and opens the water and oil heads on my car, what I did not know is that how much of an inconvenience checking water and oil will be, after placing my faith in the attendant he then led to pour oil inside my cars water tank which leads to the radiator and leads to the engine you can already imagine how much damage that has caused not to mention my time and money that has been wasted, a painless check that has turned out to be a nightmare on my side has led me to question the level of service provided by BP, are these guys given the proper training? I'm highly dissatisfied as my car will never recover from this, I'm even afraid to take it anywhere even though this has been sorted. Thank You BP.
