I've been renting a car from this organization for nearly 8 months. In the month of December, the company charged me four times in the span of 4 days with one excessive charge of R20, 380. They kept telling me that they changed over their systems and this is some type of authorization where these funds are blocked but not taken. I've sent them a copy of my credit card statement which clearly indicates the amount was deducted from my account incorrectly and needs to be replaced. This amount also does not tie to any of the invoices and yet they refused to refund me the money. Everytime I complain about it, they never even address this and continually shift my problem onto someone else. I am very unhappy with their lack of taking my complaint seriously and wanting to close my case as soon as I make it.
I need this issue resolved immediately. This is a huge overbilling on their part and I will start escalating this legally if need be.
