I have been renting from First Car Rental since August 2012. In Dec 2012 they overcharged me by four times the amount I was supposed to pay. Since then I have spoken to many people and they have not been able to provide an explanation or resolve the issue. Each person keeps passing the query to someone else and none of them can resolve the issue. They have also twice incorrectly charged me for excessive kilometres. All of the above have not yet been resolved and they continue to deduct monthly payments from my credit card.
