I placed an order on FNB's smartapp - and was shortly thereafter informed RAM would be delivering the package... On the 18th i received a note at my gate that the driver was at my house - and i wasnt there. This was strange to me as i arranged for them to call me before they deliver as i'm at work. For the remainder of that week i kept receiving sms's advising the package would be delivered - but no calls or further contact to make arrangements. Monday 23 December i spoke to someone, who promised the package would be delivered the following day - this person also assured me that it would be delivered as i was anxious that it wouldn't make it for christmas (this was intended as a christmas gift for my niece).
The following day I heard nothing and eventually had to call again - only to find that the package's delivery attempts had been exceeded, and wouldn't be delivered - THis is where Malinda took hold of the situation and turned it around - I got the package that afternoon!!!
MALINDA YOU ARE A STAR - YOU ARE THE (Sole) REASON MY NIECE WAS ABLE TO GET THIS GIFT ON CHRISTMAS!!!
