Was involved in an accident. On 6 June 2013 I confirmed the panel beaters and called Avis to request for a VW or Hyndai (group B) and they indicated that one will be available on Monday for me (Tumi). Yesterday I dropped my car and fetched the courtesy car. I wasted time arguing with Lindiwe over payment. My card was declined which is linked to my cheque, credit and savings and informed me that there is no Maestro machine forcing me withdraw from the ATM. Upon returning Jannie took over and gave me a Honda which I'm not familiar with and won't be able to drive for about 2 weeks. I was told that the cars were not available but there were many parked at the premises. I took the Jazz cause I was writing an exam in Jhb at 12:00 and could not argue the whole day. I notified Outsurance and requested Jannie to notify me if VW or Hyndai is available so I can change the car. I made a follow up and my request has been dismissed. I'm still waiting cause I can't carry out my day to day duties.
