On Monday I booked my car in to have a brand new key programmed which I purchased from you guys and also ordered a fuel cap and lock. The key was programmed on Tuesday and when I came to collect my car I was under the impression to have the fuel cap ready. Nathan totally forgot about my fuel cap and I had to drive two days without a petrol cap after being promised he will call me back. He failed to call me back on a number of times and I had to phone him. He then called me yesterday to say my lock is ready for collection and his just going to ask one of the mechanics to fit it for me. I arrived today after running away from work to collect the lock to be told that they need to open a job card (Nathan told me it's going to take 5min). I asked how long it was going to take and Charnel blatantly told me it depends on how long the mechanics are going to be and they all busy with jobs. I was then informed that I would need to pay labour that Nathan never mentioned. Charnel then sorted that I didn't have to pay a labour fee but the way I was treated wasn't on. It seemed like I was getting in her way. Jamal was the only helpful person and tried cheering me up. Worst experience from a deale
