I rented a car from the Avis PE branch. I drove ot to Knysna, where it had incurred slight damage while it was parked. I subsequently opened a police case number, filled out an accident report and returned the car.
Avis Knysna (a lady called Cindy) called me on the Monday and confirmed the damage. She said the car was goig to be evaluated in George. I asked her to inform me on the cost of repairs etc. she said she would oblige.
After 2 weeks, a debited credit card, and numerous phone calls and messages left, i have receives NO response from Cindy or Avis with regards to the costs of repairs, invoicing or Anything!!
Its pathetic! As i paid for this repair and it is my consumer right to know what i paid for!!
Im so frustrated!
