1) The booked in car should have been in on Saturday, I phoned Avis Friday morning requesting they come pick it up a day early as it was a delivery they had no problem, 3pm I phoned asking how long I still must wait, where the consultant did not have a record I phoned... so much for recordings.
2) They could not find the car booked under my name by my id, so I had to go search in the sms's they sent me for the order number, otherwise they could not find me on their system (Seems like they need a upgrade on their IT system)
3) They are quick to ask for a deposit, but when it is time to give the deposit back it will take forever. (Get a new finance department, FIRE the lot)
4) There was a deduction on my credit-card from avis (Before I returned the car)... the lady at the counter did not know what they deduction was for. (Maybe some hidden cost or elaborate money making scheme from Avis)
