I am really disappointed with the service I received at supaquick century city
I used your company and this branch before for tyre replacement and been happy with the service

Today I brought my ford focus in to supaquick century city to replace the shocks

I left the branch and 5 mins later had to pullover because of a noise from the left rear side
And I noticed he tyre was flat

I immediately called the branch back and reported it to them
And was told to return to the branch

On inspection I was told I there was a large gash in the tyre liked from a metal shard

And yet the branch accepts no responsibility for a car I drove into the branch with 4 perfect tyres

This is unacceptable
The damage to the tyre clearly happened at your branch where metal is in use

I had to cover the cost out of my own pocket

If you expect loyalty from your clients your need to be fair in the manner than they are dealt with

I don't see why I need to cover the cost of your negligence damage to my tyres
