Refund of Deposit

Hi

I have returned my car on the 29th May and still have not received my deposit. On 4th June i called the branch and the lady by the name of Bongile told me to check my account, which i inturn told her dont you think i have already done that. She advised tha her customer care department was closed and will give me a call the next day by 9am. I was told the money will take 72hrs once i returned the car. When i spoke to Bongile it was a whole new story. I had another lady call me the same day and told me this has been sorted out and i should get my deposit by Friday which has come and gone. Its almost two weeks and still have had no feedback and refund from Avis Sandton Branch. Worse service that you can think of. No sense of urgency.
