Cluctch replacment gone bad

In Dec we had to replace the clutch on our Mitsubishi Lance. After a long story and too many complications to mention we final got our clutch replace. 3 Months in and the clutch starts to shudder in 2nd gear. I take the car in, they adjust the peddle which at first worked, then a month later its starts again only much worst then the 1st time. After several phone calls I finally got hold of the workshop manager who arranges for me to bring the vehicle in to test drive. He drives it and confirms that something is indeed wrong but they will need 3 days so he will try to arrange a lone vehicle for me while they figure out what's gone wrong. Its been 3 weeks now and still no one returns my calls. I don't know what to do I have even spoken to the principle dealer and nothing. The clutch is still under guarantee there should be no reason for this bad service.
