Clutch problem on a brand new ca

I bought my car November 2012 when I went to collect it the dealer Christo Wessel noted that the clutch plate was hard he said I need to take it for a checkup. When I took it for a 5000 service I told the service department to check the clutch plate and it had no power and it consumes a lot of petrol. Went to take back the car and they didn't do anything on the clutch plate. I phoned the service department spoke to Ronnel advice her that the clutch plate wasn't fixed, she said I should book the car in. on the I booked the car went to fetch it, it was ok the following day it was back to square one. Phoned service department spoke to Ronnel she said to bring it back, I did book it on the 05 March 20013 which I did. Later that afternoon she phoned and said they have checked the car and they will need the car for two days to fix it.

I asked if they take the car for two days what am I going to use she said she doesn't know they wont be able to borrow me the car for those days. I phoned Christo and he told me there is nothing that he can do as his manager was on leave. I had to send an email to him which I have attached regarding a loan car and he send back to say I must come sign
