I ordered spares from Juandre at Renault Princess Crossing. On Saturday 1/6/2013 I paid the spares and he said that he would contact me Monday 3/6/2013 to tell me if the factory has stock and how long i would wait for my spares. Today is Wednesday the 5/6/2013 and still he didn't phone me back to let me know. This is the 2nd time that i experienced this "wonderful" service from Renault. Is this now the service customers pay for or is it just that as soon as you have the money the customer can wait???
