Poor service delivery

On the 25th May before 9 I took my vehicle to Eshowe east Toyota's service and repairs after it has overheated. It was booked in n told to expect a quote on Monday. The gentleman phoned to advise that it will be attended to later on the day. Never happened, he then phoned on Tuesday to advise and ask if they should strip it so they can quote me. after I gave them a go ahead that's the last I heard from them. even after phoning in my calls were not returned. on Wednesday I sent my fiance to check on the progress. when she got there the car was still where we left it unattended and when asked she was told they had cars that were booked in before mines however it should be sorted by Friday. it's Saturday afternoon and I am still waiting n wondering if they had a backlog why did they book my car in cause I would have taken it elsewhere. why over promise n underdeliver? it's shocking to see that there are still service firms that treat customers in such an ice cold manner. so much for the brand..have lost faithon it and very disappointed. if there is a supervisor of the service dept why isn't bothering him or her that this vehicle is there for the whole week? shocking shocking n shockin
