Why buy Renault -no spares - lack of care

I have been a loyal supporter of Renault for the last 10 years, but I honetly must discourage people from buying their products.
i bought a Renault Koleos 4 months ago and my wife had a minor accident which messed up the suspension.
My company, outsurance have limited clout, or interest in resolving, and it has now taken almost 3 months months to get the parts. Dentech panelbeaters are now waiting for Mag Wheels - must I wait another two months?
I seriously ask all consumers to seriously consider buying Renault. They have no parts for the new models. Had I known this i would have bought Ford which is at least manufactured locally
Despite repeated requests - It appearsRenault are more committed to selling cars than keeping spares for them
