Late response, Damaged goods, Poor Service

On Saturday 01st June I was travelling on R68 in Northen KZN and I hit a pothole two tyres were torn. I called the call center at 17H30 the breakdown service only arrived 5hours later. They were very rude to me and hang up the phone to me when I asked where were they. On arrival the assistant was smelling of booze, they hooked my car underneath on the right front tyre. As a result the arm is slighty bent and this has affected the car. I expressely and impliedly requested the car should be delivered at 07H00 on Monday but it was only delivered at 08H00 after a 35 minutes call to BMW assist that did not know the service provider. Plus numerous calls to tow truck company that was not taking my calls! On delivery my car had scratches underneath, bent arm and scratch at the back.
I want BMW to be responsible for correction of all these! unfortunately the time lost on the road can not be recovered but I am extremely unhappy about the whole thing and if I have my way I will never recommend BMW to any of my friends!
