Rude Store Manager / Damaged LG Machine Delivered

So disappointed and disgusted with the service we've received from Hirsch's Fourways!!! Paid cash for a washing machine only to have a demo full of scratches delivered WITHOUT the outlet connections. This morning a "brand new" one was delivered by rude delivery men!!! The manner in which the matter was handled by the store manager is disgusting, claiming to have "bent over backwards" for us when I said they showed no remorse. How on Earth have you bent over backwards after YOU charged us for a brand new machine and delivered a demo one, full of scratches and without connections??? The store manager's audacity is appalling! I've even requested this problem be put in writing should we have any problems but nothing was forthcoming. The regional manager (professional and apologetic) has offered to refund the R350 delivery charge because we refuse to step back into any Hirsch's with their voucher. And now the blame is being put on LG, claiming that's how it was packed!!! I wonder what LG has to say about that!
