I have purchased new tyres from the Speedy White River in October 2012. On the same day I reported to the assistant that the car was vibrating at speeds of around 100km/h. The assistant reassured me that there was nothing wrong with the tyres when asked. He re-balanced all four tyres for me about four times in total however the vibration is still there. Everytime I went to Speedy I was assured that it was not the tyre I didn't' realise it as I use my vehicle to and from work and I don't have to travel at high speeds at all. From then till now I have balanced those tyres about eight times at my own cost. A week ago I was travelling to PTA and I stopped at Tiger Wheel n Tyre who tested the tyres and advised me that the tyres had flat-spots. When I did contact Speedy last Saturday they advise me they cannot help me. This is poor customer service. They refused point blank. There is no aftersales service in this company and poor levels of customer service. I have made numerous telephone calls to Speedy during this time and they only returned my calls on two occasions.
