A man hit me from behind while I was stationery at a robot and my Pajero has been with Durban Central Panelbeaters since Friday 8 March this year!! They blame Mitsubishi for having to import parts now they are no longer part of Mercedes Benz.
Mitsubishi say Durban Central has ordered parts five times since my accident. The last parts were ordered end of July and still hasn't arrived.
Regent insurance, who was recommended to me when I bought the vehicle at Mitsubishi Umhlanga, aren't helping at all, think this is normal and haven't pulled my car from the panelbeater. They continue to debit my account with R875 for my premium!
As a single mother with a 5 year old son, I need some urgent assistance. Almost 6months and my vehicle isn't fixed. Its a disgrace!!
Wayne, the boss at durban central panelbeaters admitted they forgot to order parts for the first six weeks they had my vehicle and lent me a fiat pinto as compensation. Little did I know I'd drive it as long as I have!
