I have been sitting here at this service station since 07:26, my appointment was for 07:30. I got in, this lady was helping me and telling me that she knows i have to wait for my bakkie and that it is a 90 000km service and it will take about 4 hours to do. I said it is fine, and sat and waited. 2 hours down the line, they come back telling me that the service plan Mitsubishi gave us is not authorising the service as i am servicing again with in 120days since my last service. I told the guy to look at my service record and see that i serviced within 20 days from each other in the past, as i drive allot. He came back to me just before 10, telling me that they are only starting with my bakkie now and i then have to wait another 4 to 5 hours. Please don't buy a Mitsubishi, this is now the second time this has happened in a short period of time, first it was the Boksburg Mitsubishi and now Ladysmith, there is nothing wrong with the bakkie, it is the after sales service that stinks. i will never refer anyone to drive a Mitsubishi, cant put my name next to your bad service.
