On the 9th June 2013, I received a new Dodge caliber which I had bought. On the 2nd October 2013, I had a breakdown, the car was booked in, on the 3rd October I was told there is a problem with the clutch, and it will take 4-5 days to fix. I then requested a loan car, I was told the dealership has only 3 loan cars and they are all out. But with my nagging I was told that there might be a car availalble..The problem is there are no follow ups, no feedbacks, no information given to me, unless I pick up the phone and enquire. this type of service is appauling, I yhought I am buying a car from a reputable company but I am disaappointed with the service. The insurance which is prepared to pay for the loan car was also recommended by the same dealership.
I feel I am being treated shabbily, without customer consideration and without respect. If there was no loan car I should have been told straight away, not to be given statements which are betwwen possibility and probability. I don't think that branch has their customer at heart, they simply do not care.
