Raylite batteries are of poor quality

The batteries suposidly last for a period of 2 years this is so untrue it seems as though it only lasts till the warrantee expires a month after the battery warrantee expired the battery died and when I went to to battery centre silverton to find out I recieved bad customer service and the guy who helped me had a stinking attitude
