Replaced 4 shocks on a Hyundai Tucson and the 2 rears are both failing after 7 months. This is from normal town driving, haven't even been on a sand road with it since they were fitted. The warranty obviously is for 6 months and they have no after sales service. The front ones are noisy and knock when I turn into my driveway, and I suspect they are not going to last either (they are 2 months old). Deal with an alternative supplier or get ripped off by Hyundai's parts division. both ways Typical Korean attitude here. Not going to get anywhere. Be careful of their cheaper parts. Really rubbish. Will cost you more in the long run. If anyone knows of a South African owned business who supply Hyundai parts and value customer service please let me know.
