I would just like to take the time to acknowledge an excellent service ambassador for Renault Centurion, Rixon Hendericks. It all started when myself and my wife were involved in an accident a few weeks back and my car was written off so we desparetely in need of a new car.
Rixon assisted us with the greatest of pleasure from the first minute we met him. The process to obtain the car was effortless and seamless. He informed us that we will received our car in two weeks time however, to my surprise, just 3 days later Rixon contacted me at 20:30 in the evening and informed me that he had found a car and could have it in the next two days. He did deliver the car in that time. Both myself and my wife were totally blown away by this. Rixon also kept us up to date on a daily basis with regards to the car.
I would just like to thank this MAN, Rixon Hendericks, for assisting us in our time of need and, as I have mentioned to him upon receipt of my vehicle, that if this car is as good as his service, he has locked a client in with Renault. Also, if anybody is interested in a Renault, I will definately be referring them to Rixon Hendericks.
