Bad service and empty promises

I bought a Ford Figo in Sep 2012 it seemed to be in good condition 6 months later it started to over heart. I took it back to the dealership they replaced every part necessary but they were still unable to fix it till today i dont have the car its the 1st of June now i'm still paying instalment and insurance for a car i dont even have. I asked Mark to replace the car because clearly they cant fix that one, its faulty but he refused, he still insists on fixing it months after realising its not possible. I cant express how disheartned and unhappy i have been with this dealership. Mark is taking his time he doesnt care about me as customer i'm financially inconvinienced and i struggle to get to work but he just keeps stalling, telling me and giving empty promises. Mark has been unhelpful he is slow and inconsiderate. I will not recommend anyone to purchase from that dealership especially dealing with Mark, nothing has a sense of urgency only when you want to purchase after that they make a sale they dont care. I'm extremly angry and so stressed words cant describe how i feel everyday. I will fight and take it up with the highest authorities.
