I bought a Discovery 3 from this dealership on the 7th of october 2013, i discovered the suspension is not functioning properly. after complaining about it to the salesman - Chris, he said it is not faulty, it must be like that. Still not happy i took the car to Independant 4 x 4 for a second opinion, there IS a problem with the air suspension pump and it needs to be replaced. Sending the detail to the dealership both the salesman and his manager- Mark da Silva said that there is NO warranty from there side on the car at all?! I tried to speak to the dealership principal - Stan Jones, he said he is out of town and Mark da Silva will handle it?! What does the consumer law say about this?! How can a dealership, ignoring the law just keep on not taking any responsibility for there after sales problems? I think somebody must stop them from treating people the way they are doing!!!
