I bought a demo car from Auto Alpina Boksburg about a year ago from Brian Owen Bellis. Firstly he was a great sales man and made the whole deal a pleasure.
He did however promise to as part of the deal fix a mark on the rear bumper of the car and fit stripes on the bonnet. I did not argue about a price on the car so I felt that they can do that for me. He said that we can do that when the car goes in for a service. He also said that I can then get my spare keys and booklet for the car. When service time came however Brian has left Auto Alpina and the manager said that there is no record of what has been promised to me. He did however say that he will check if there is a spare key in their safe. I gave him the cars vin number and he said he will call me back. This has never happened and this is after a few times that I havee phone them. The car is now giving me problems be that with another dealerships bad service. I feel that I got empty promises from the dealership and that they just want to forget about me as a client as I didn't take the car there for its service.
I am still sitting with a car with no spare keys, no user manual, a mark on the rear bumper and no stripes.
