This company has been contracted to collect a new bike which I bought in Bloemfontein and deliver to my house in Cape Town. When I first phoned the owner (Cindy) who runs / owns the company she was in her car and she promised to phone me back with collection details within 5 minutes. Four hours later I called her back to get the relevant information. She then promised to call me back immediately after the bike had been collected so that I could pay the seller. That never happened and again I had to call her to get the details. I then asked her to give me the contact details of the driver so that I could arrange to be home when they deliver the bike on Friday afternoon. She said she would sms them to me immediately. That was on Thursday afternoon. It is now Friday afternoon and I am still waiting for these details. I have tried 4 - 5 times to phone her, have left her voice messages and the seller has left her 2 sms messages but all to no avail. Is this company for real?? I would definitely NOT recommend anyone using this service.
