Service a bike and make it worse Clever!

I sent my bike in for a service which they charged me - R600 for and then took my bike home and went away for a couple of weeks so yes I have not reported the bike faulty within 7 days I get that When I did take my bike out for the first time I was unable to ride it due to the bikes chain rubbing the gear changer when I am in top gear it was not doing this when I sent the bike in for a service I then reported this to BMC and asked them to collect the bike from me and get it fixed I live in Melkbos and they are in woodstock I normally travel through and drop the bike off and collect after which is a 80km round trip. I do this as they are supposed to be a professional firm that offer good service
So I asked them to collect the bike from my office in Parow which is not as far as Melkbos and get it put right so I can get on with my current training. They want to charge me to collect the bike R118.00 and stopped just short of calling me an outright due to the time that has passed between servicing & reporting the fault. Trust me I have no reason to about this! This is not the first time I have had to return the bike after a service but it is the last time I will use them
