I already ordered and paid bike covers for my son's bike in December 2012. Now 8 months later, I am still without the covers and they refuse to refund me. I went there several times, they are full of excuses, promises but don't deliver. Numerous phone calls were made, the owner is never available. The services at SAK Bikes are pathetic and then they act like criminals, take money for goods and just never deliver.
