During the time my vehicle was in for repairs I called them several times for an update on the progress and status. Each time I was told I will be contacted again in 30 minutes. I had to follow up on my own call an hour later only to inform them that I am still waiting for the call. I even spoke to a "manager" who promised me that he will sort it out and get back to me. I had to phone him as well as he never got back to me. When he took my call he did not address my issue, he merely transferred my call to the person I was speaking to over the last 48 hours.
