I had my car brakes done at Honda Westrand on 29/5/13. After collecting my car I looked for my shades. Not finding it i thought it was in my bag which was in the boot. I got home, looked for the sunglasses and realised its not there, but it was that AM when I dropped my car off at Honda. I called Honda Westrand and wanted to speak to the dealer principal. I was transferred to the service manager by the name of Siran. I told him that i have no proof on my side that the sunglasses were in the car but I know it was there and now its gone. I also told him that its the 2nd time something goes missing from my car. The 1st time was in Dec when a tow cable was removed while being serviced there. Siran told me that he has never had complaints before and what are the chances of the same thing happening twice to the same client, a few mnths apart. He he didnt believe me but with that said I told him theres nothing that can be done about this now. He said he would investigate and get back to me. What was he going to tell me? I told him not to worry bout it yet he said he would get back 2 me. I'm still waiting for him to call me. I'm about to buy a new car there. I wont now. Great service. Thanx
