Over promising

Good Morning

I took my car for 30000KM service at GM (Visagie street) a week nd half ago, yesterday when I was driving home there was a funny sound coming out of the car. I called the Roadside assistance and in my discussion with them, we agreed that I will make an appointment with my dealership the following day so they can check. Today when I call the dealership they tell me they are fully booked I must try other dealerships. They are also fully booked. My frustration is I took my car for service, this is something that was suppose to be picked up when they were servicing my car. Also when I took my car, I highlighted that they must look at my lights on my speedometer are not working, they did not. When I bought the car, they over promised me things they cannot deliver. They said I must never risk anything, if I am not comfortable with anything I must call them and they will check even if they find there is nothing. I tried calling the road side assistance again, they said there is nothing they can do, I must arrange with the dealership. I am traveling long distances with heavy traffic and my brakes are just not in good working order. I have a 1 year old daughter. I don't want to gamble with life
