I bought a second hand car a two weeks ago from InspectaCar Morgan Motors North. I took the car for a test drive whilst at the dealership and I heard a loud sound coming from the bonnet (the kind of sound that diesel cars make all the time) The guy at the dealership Ishmael Mkwanazi told me that the noise is nothing to worry about and if I was not happy I must take it to BMW to check it up. He told me that they will provide me with a car to use for the time that the car is in. I scheduled a booking at BMW Alberante and called Ishmael Mkwanazi last week Friday to confirm and he sad everything is fine he will have the car for me at my work place on Tuesday morning, Tuesday went by and no news from the dealership.
This morning I called Ishmael Mkwanazi to ask him what is happening and he told me I should call he's boss. I called Frikkie who continuously spoke over me as he was annoyed that I dare call him and sad he will not pay for the repairs on the car and it is between me and BMW.
I want to return this car to the dealership and want a refund ASAP
I don't want to be sitting with a broken car. I should of just kept my car then have this with a car dealership.
