I am so annoyed with the kind of service I received from the VW Mooi street dealership.
My car was booked for a 30 000km service on the 9th of May 2013. From the time I handed my car over to Andre the service I received was great.
The nightmare of having to deal with your dealership then started. I called VW on the afternoon of the 15/05/2013 and all your service consultants were busy and I was told by the switch board to call back.
I then decided on the 16/05/2013 @ half 8 that I will drive to your dealer to find out why has my car been making that sound when I started it and when I approached a stop.
Now this all happened when I received my car back from its normal service.
Andre then took my car to the workshop to go and check with the mechanics what the problem could be. I then booked my car in on the 17/05/2013.
I was told by Andre that I would receive my car for the latest at half 4 that day. Towards the afternoon I get contacted by Andre saying that your car will not be ready and that they need to check and order a part that might take longer. I should receive my car in the week. I said to Andre this will inconvenience me because I have
