Never putting the customer first!

This morning I called First For Women call centre requesting assistance with towing my car from home to my regular mechanic because it wasn't starting. I spoke to Olga who took down all the details. She then called me afyter a few minutes to say they couldn't tow the car to Midrand from Alberton and they would tow it to Boksburg to a dealership who's on their list. I refused this as I'd never ever been to that dealership and I wanted my car towed to the regular mechanic that I know. I spoke to a team leader, Shannon, who also couldn't help and transfered me to Riaz at Policy Service who also couldn't help and tranfered me to a very paonising woman. I've never had good service, from when they debit, capturing details and now they won't tow my car to wherte I want! Last time their roadside assistance arrived 2 hours later when all dealerships were closed which then made it my baby to get the car from home to be fixed. I'd never recommend this insurance to anyone!
