I ordered something online which is to be delivered with Fastway.
I received a phone call from a lady from fast way last week to verify my deliver address, which I then did, confirmed spelling etc.
The delivery address is in Johannesburg.
Sinse then the package has been bounced around between their Johannesburg and Pretoria depos over and over and no delivery has happend.
I have email to complain and ask what is happen ing and when delivery will happen (I emailed in customer service managers, general managers, etc.) but have not received any feedback.
The service is TRULY SHOCKING.
I will be contacting the online store and insisting that they rather switch to another courrier company that knows what they are doing.
