We were the victims of a hit and run accident on Saturday 8 June 2013. My insurance company, Dial Direct, instructed the towing service, First, to take my car to Proline in Wynberg. The insurance took 2 weeks to verify and approve my claim and then it took 2 weeks for parts to come in. In the interim my car is standing and waiting for a spot in panel beating.
I find the turnaround time as well as the correspondence to be of a very low and frustrating standard.
