Shocking service. Did not do as promised

This dealership is ridiculous and they treat clients with no respect at all. My car was booked in for service last week. They switched off an alert message related to the tyres and did not do wheel alignment to the car. Dealer pincipal, Phillipe took my complaint. A gentleman from the wheel alignment department called me and claimed that they will collect my car and do the wheel alignment. I requested that they do that today, Wednesday 3 Apr. I have not heard from anyone at Kia Paardeneiland. I have called several times this morning and cannot get hold of anyone to help me. Angry!!! Frustrated!!! Disgusted. This is ridiculous! I need to use my car for a long distance trip on Friday morning and today is the last chance that this can be sorted out. I am at a loss for words for this dealership. I'm tired of being put on hold for minutes at a time, the switchboard operator asking me me 3 different times after being on hold each time: who are you holding for? " This is pitiful.
