I've bought a 2009 Honda Jazz 1.5 Ex, from GM Hatfield on the 5th of February 2013. Since the start of this transaction I have experienced problems. It took me 4 months to get the necessary documents to proceed with registration. I had to phone GM Hatfield on three different occasions because the temporary permits have lapsed. I also had to make several phone calls to enquire why the registration process took so long. Nic informed me that the problem was with the Licencing department (Hatfield) and the fact that they had to issue a new registration certificate for the previous owner. At long last I received the documentation for registration (end of May 2013) I had to take the car for a new roadworthy test (previous one no longer valid), lisensing and new number plates. Nic told me that they will refund these costs immediately. All invoices were mailed to Nic on the 30th of May 2013. Three weeks and another enquiry on the 14th of June later - no, communication or refund! I will personally never deal with this dealership again!
