Very poor service

To whom it may concern.
My Dad purchased a 2010 Kia Picanto from VW McCarthy Constania (Tel: 0114711900) (Sale person: Morne Swart) on the 02 Aug 2013. Sale person was very professional up until the finance documents were signed. Vehicle was fetched from dealership on the 02Aug 2013.
1- We were promised a compensation of R2500 for travelling. This was supposed to be given to us once we fetched the vehicle, the used car manager was unprofessional and ignored it. We had no option but to wait a few days for payment which was short paid by R300.
2-Temporary licence plates were arranged 4days after the 02nd Aug 2013, I had to pay Berco Express to fetch them, delivery charge of R90 under my cost. I have receipts to prove it.
3-Still waiting for licence disc plus new number plates, which has not been delivered to us as yet. The temporary plates will expiry soon, dealership is aware of this, no feed back as yet.
Please be advised VW McCarthy is part of the Bidvest group, my Dad's employer is under the same group. They strive for excellent service, was very disappointed to see VW McCarthy Constania being driven by so poor standards. VW McCarthy Constania - Tel: 011 471 1900/99.
