Hi,
I spoke to someone at DHL about a parcel that was stuck at customs because they needed my ID number which I duly provided to the contact centre agent. She promised that she would forward the details and I would get my order today. I phoned again this morning because the status of my shipment had not changed and was informed that my ID number had not been provided. I would like to use DHL more in future but at this rate, I am seriously considering another courier service.
